The steps we’re taking to keep you safe

Behind the scenes

Our fleet of luxury vehicles are always cleaned and valeted to the highest standards, including all surfaces being wiped down with anti-bacterial reagents. None of our staff use public transport; instead they are provided with company cars to commute to and from work to help keep them safe and minimise our customer’s risk of exposure.

At booking

Once your vehicle is booked online, a member of our experienced team will call you to ensure everything is tailored to your preferred requirements. Unlike other car hire companies, we do not take payment until you have spoken to a real person. We pride ourselves on first-class service and therefore like to give our customers complete peace of mind. In our call with you we will run through every step of our collection and drop-off process, as well as discuss any further details you may have about your booking to ensure it best suits your needs.

When you come to our premises

The changes to the layout of our car hire premises have been implemented to best adhere to government guidance for your safety. Only one set of customers will be allowed in at any one time and floor markings and signage ensure there is minimal close contact between people.

To minimise contact, customers will be asked to place their documents onto the desk for us to check and all pens will be sanitised in between handling.

Experience a virtually contactless transfer

Where travelling to our premises is not possible, ask our team about our delivery and collection services to find out if this is available in your area.

For circumstances where car hire delivery and collection can be arranged, we will continue to follow careful steps to keep you, our staff and the public safe.

Delivery process

• We will call you upon arrival at the agreed delivery point and ask you to come out to the car.
• We will ask you to place your driving licence/credit card a on clipboard for our driver to check; at no point are your documents touched.
• Whilst keeping a safe distance, we will show you around the car.
• We recommend that you use your own pen to sign for delivery, but ours will be sanitised and can be used if needed.
• Keys are sanitised in view of all customers, laid on the clipboard and handed over.

Collection process

• We ask that customers call to arrange a suitable day and time for car hire collection. Collection will be delayed if any household member is displaying symptoms of COVID-19.
• To avoid using public transport, we will send two drivers to collect the hire car.
• For added safety, all our drivers wear mask and gloves.
• Upon arrival, our drivers will call you and ask you to come outside with the car keys.
• Whilst keeping a safe distance, we will check the condition of the car for any damage and advise you accordingly
• We will ask you to place the keys in the car and resume to a safe distance.
• Any refund of deposit is done on return to the office and, if requested, the invoice can be sent by email.

We understand plans can change at short notice, which is why we have a free cancellation policy on all our bookings to give you, our customers, full peace of mind. All of the prestige vehicles within our fleet are deep cleaned to the highest standards, as your safety is always our primary concern.
